About Whalebuy Spreadsheet Long Haul: editors, sources and contact
Independent from Whalebuy, dated at every step, and open to corrections.
Checked October 22, 2026Upkeep behind this catalog, and a direct line to us
Whalebuy Spreadsheet Long Haul is an independent catalog and order guide for people buying from Chinese stores through Whalebuy. It is edited by a small team that builds product catalogs and agent guides; we are not employed by Whalebuy, we hold no Whalebuy account role, and we have no invite code. The sign-up links on this site go to Whalebuy's public registration page with a referral tag that only tells Whalebuy which site sent the visit.
Product cards link to a separate catalog of store listings. If you buy something after following one, nobody pays us for it at your expense; prices are the store's and Whalebuy's.
Write to [email protected] with a correction, a dead card or a dated report of your own order. We reply to corrections and publish changes in the change log on the updates page. We cannot see or change Whalebuy orders; for those, use the Consult button on the order or Whalebuy's support address.
Sourcing and date-stamping every fact on this catalog
Every fact on these pages was read at its source and dated. For this edition that meant Whalebuy's English help centre (207 articles), its public coupon and packing-service lists, its homepage, and its public shipping estimator, all on October 21, 2026, plus the official YouTube channel. Freight figures are our own estimator runs, not quotes from elsewhere. Screenshots credited to Whalebuy come from its help articles and tutorials; screenshots of whalebuy.com pages were captured on October 21.
When Whalebuy's pages contradict each other, we show both versions and say so: the two PayPal fee figures and the two descriptions of service fees. For the warehouse we give one city, Xiamen in Fujian; the street address stays inside your account. When we could not read something, such as a Discord invite, we say that rather than guess. Outbound links were requested on October 22, 2026 before publishing.

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Videos do not load until you press play, and then they come from youtube-nocookie.com. The calculators run entirely in your browser. When you follow a link to whalebuy.com or to a product catalog, that site's own privacy terms apply.
